Torkil Jønch Clausen steps down as the Chair of the Source-to-Sea Platform

We would like to take a moment to extend our deepest gratitude to Torkil Jønch Clausen, who has stepped down after having served as Chair of the Source-to-Sea Platform since its inception in 2014.

From the early beginnings of the Source-to-Sea Platform, Torkil has been a guiding light, inspiring us to reach new heights in our mission to facilitate sustainable development from source-to-sea.

Torkil´s unwavering dedication and inclusive leadership has been a driving force behind the success and growth of our platform and the increased global awareness of source-to-sea management. Through his warm persona and firm commitment, he has fostered collaboration amongst our partners and steered us toward realizing our ambitious vision to shape a world in which land, freshwater, coastal and marine resources are managed holistically and creates multiple benefits for nature and communities – from source to sea.
